Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
24 hours notice is needed when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment.
If you refuse to pay the charge, you will not be scheduled again.
NO CALL / NO SHOWS
No call / no shows are not tolerated. If you no call / no show for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. Fee must be paid to reserve any future appointments. If you refuse to pay the charge, you will not be scheduled again.
LATE POLICY
If you do not call to communicate a late arrival and arrive more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, this will most likely result in having to reschedule.
Please understand that tardiness affects other clients after your appointment.
CHILDREN/MINORS
Please make arrangements for childcare during your visit.
Anyone coming in for a scheduled appointment under the age of 18 all intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian.
I do understand things happen and emergencies occur, but please be courteous of other’s time and schedule.
